I got -ve marks in JEE mains.

You need to work hard to get good marks in JEE mains. You have two choices first is, you can take some more time to make eligible yourself to crack mains exam, second is, you can apply at any private engineering college which takes direct admission or takes normal entrance test. If you found this p
