What should I do? Should I pursue M.Pharma or Pharma. D after B. Pharmacy? Which one is better?

Hello, The first point I that your interest! Both are better. M.Pharma is 2 year course while Pharma. D is 3 years course after B.Pharma. GPAT is an entrance exam for PG course of pharmacy.

GPAT is for M.Pharm only!
If you want to go for clinical practices then you can apply for Pharma.D! M.Pharm has many opportunities!
