What should I do to become a 1st grade lecturer in a government college? I have done my M.Sc in botany.

Hello, To become a lecturer, an aspirant must have completed postgraduation and should have secured at least 55% aggregate marks. After postgraduation, candidates become eligible to appear in the CSIR NET Exam which is conducted for only Science stream aspirants. There are 5 major subjects for which the CSIR NET Exam is organised I. e. Physical Science, Chemical Science, Life Science, Mathematical Science, and Earth Science. As you have pursued M.Sc. If you want to became government lecturer, you may qualify NET JRF with botany and apply for Ph.D. After that, maybe, apply for lectureship post in any colleges.
