    Hi,
You need to complete your graduation in any stream. If you want to be a bank manager, then you should start preparing for bank PO exam. I would suggest you to improve your English because it is the biggest factor.

    Hello,
To become a part of Indian banks, you have to prepare for banking exams like IBPS PO, SBI PO, IBPS, RRB, etc. The eligibility criteria required for most of bank exams is graduation. So, after completing your graduation, you should prepare for banking exams.
You can try to solve previous year question papers, take mock test, stay updated with all the current affairs, read newspapers, clear your all basics of reasoning and quantitative aptitude.

You may do graduation degree in any subject of your choice. After graduating you can appear for PO examination to become officer in public sector bank. You can also do MBA to become bank officer in private sector banks. Once you join bank as an officer, you will be able to become manager with experience.
