To become a civil service officer, you have to follow the following procedure:
1) Complete your 10+2 and graduation level education with minimum 55-60% marks
2) Prepare for UPSC CSE with in your general graduation time frame.
3) Appear for UPSC CSE which is a 3 stage process and every stage is eleminat
