After 12th with PCB, go for NEET exam after clearing it you can take admission in any reputed government college for MBBS.

To become a doctor, you need to pursue MBBS ( based on Medicine, Surgery) or BDS ( based on Dental Science), BAMS (Ayurvedic), BHMS (Homeopathic). Admission to above courses will be through NEET. Hope this helps.
