What should I do to become a graduate?

I was doing 2nd-year Diploma in Computer Engineering from Terms Polytechnic in the year 93-94. Due to some reason, I quit after I got ATKT in 2 subjects.

If you had joined Diploma after 10+2 stage, then you can join any of graduation degree of your choice now and it can be done by distance learning from open universities such as IGNOU. If you have not done 12th board, then you will have to complete your 12th board before seeking admission in graduati
