What should I do to become a PGT teacher in government or private school after B.Com?

Hi Ankush,
First of all, pursue B.Ed then you're eligible for TET and CTET. You can work as both government and private teacher. You can work in any private school with your B.Com for some work experience with a low payscale. Go for B.Ed for career growth.

Sure, pursuing M.Com makes you directly eligible for a teacher in private school. You'll be eligible for NET itself for an Assistant Professor in government colleges. All the best.
