If you want to become a Commercial Pilot then you can join Flying Club to learn flying after PCM at +2 stage. You can also join Indian Air Force Flying branch by appearing for NDA examination after+2 or by appearing for CDS exam. Both exams are conducted by UPSC .

Please visit DGCA site for list of all approved flying clubs. I do not have thier rating with me.
