Start learning C, C+ or java.or can start either with C or C+. There are several video lecturers available on YouTube if you are not comfortable with textbooks and it really doesn't matter that you should first join college and then start learning software languages. You can start with opting science. Then go for CSE or IT engineering.
As for programming languages, I'd suggest 'C' for beginners, you can gradually work towards C+, Java, and then any language that interests you. Also languages-in-demand change from time to time. But the first 3 are the best to st
