What should I do to become an airport maintenance manager or to enter in aviation field after getting degree in mechanical engineering ?

You can join aviation sector after short working in Indian Air Force. You as Mechanical Engineer can join Aeronautical Engineering ( Mechanical ) branch of IAF as Permanent or Short Service Commission Officer. Alternatively look for opening of Mechanical engineering advertised by Airport Authority of India.
