It seems you have interest in media and journalism. If your English is not good, then you can study journalism and mass communication in Hindi. One language is must and that is an important medium of communication in electronic media. Since you are already a commerce graduate, so you can pursue Masters in journalism and mass communication. You can do this from government colleges (Major Indian universities, IIMC) or private colleges (Amity, Symbiosis) or any of the institutes of media houses (Zee, ISOMES, TOI). You also get internships and job placements through private colleges and media institutes.

First, do the course in Journalism from any good college in India and work 3 hrs in a day towards Language. I am suggesting one book Norman Lewis read it slowly.
