Dear,
According to me, you should watch Shark Tank and Valut online series for entrepreneurship skills and even you can watch TED talk.
With your experience, you can think of MBA programme in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, International Business or in Social Entrepreneurship for observing knowledge,

For that you need to read newspaper, articles and try to communicate in English with your known person and get the feedback.
Even, you can join Business English communication from British council.
