Hi,
I understand, you have a lot of passion to become an IAS officer, to make it clear as you know we require basic requirement to qualify for IAS exams is Under Graduation degree in any stream. After the course completion, you have to enroll yourself to any the nearest IAS coaching academy and they will direct you to register and enroll for IAS exams. I suggest you apart from this everyday start studying every day after coming back from college. My faculty members suggested me to study 18 hours a day.
