you should start preparing for UPSC exams. For this you have two option:
    a) go for any bachelor degree and start preparing for UPSC exams.
    b) enroll your self in any professional course like CA, CS, integrated law and many more.
after enrolling you can start preparing for UPSC exams in your final year of professional course.
the benefits you will get by doing professional course is if by any chance you are not able to crack UPSC exams then you have a back up plan I.e; professional course.
integrated law will help you in cracking UPSC exams.

    according to your stream
then start preparing for UPSC exam by joining some good coaching center for your preparation for clearing UPSC.
But for all this you have to become very focused and should have one aim of cracking UPSC exam and score a good rank
