Candidates who are not allotted any seats during the first round of WBJEE counselling will automatically be eligible to participate in the second round. No separate registration process has to be done to participate in the second round of WBJEE counselling. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, submitted preferences, category and seat availability. These candidates will also be eligible to participate in the mop-up round, where they can edit their choices for allotment.
