What should I do to boost my career?
I did my graduation in B.A. (HRM) from Dayal Singh College D.U. last year. I'm working.

As you are working and have done B.A. (HRM), I will not suggest you to leave the job but you can do a course in Bussiness and HRM. I'd prefer top IMTCDL.
