What should I do to build my career in chemistry field as I have a gap of more than 10 years since I have graduated?

I have done my graduation in B.Sc (chemistry) and passed in the year of 2005. Just after that I joined a BPO but I want to change my career in chemistry field. I have scored 60% in B.Sc chemistry.

Have you only completed B.Sc? You should complete your M.Sc, then M.Phil or PhD. Nowadays, it requires higher qualification, if you wish to pursue career in the field of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, etc.
