What should I do to change my field?
I am a final sem student of engineering and am not at all interested in it as I am strong at theoretical subjects.

You are advised to complete your Engineering degree and then seek change. You can choose any field of your interest and prepare yourself for that by doing courses or degree. MBA, Civil Services, Banking PO, etc. can be a very good career switching option for you.

Nowadays, to get job directly is very difficult. If you are confident of cracking CAT or UPSC, you may leave job or else join new job.
