What should I do to enhance my growth: pursue MBA or switch my job?

I am a B.Tech ECE (2015) graduate & working in Bajato Automotive Lightning since Dec. 2015. Now, I am not feeling any challenges in my job & salary is also low, what should I do further? Should I do MBA or do I switch to another company. I wanted to become a car designer, but it's not possible.

Going for MBA is worth, only if done from a reputed B-school like an IIM or any top non-IIM. There, you can expect the average package given to be around Rs. 12 lakhs or even above. Otherwise, doing it from an average B-school won't help a lot in terms of career growth and better job prospects, thus
