What should I do to fix my career?

I have qualified B.Tech (ECE) with 78% aggregate. I am working in Amazon for voice process but I don't feel comfortable working for BPOs but I dont have any offer letter in my hand.

Hello Sravya, I can understand your suffocation in present job. But let me assure you that, you are doing well. At least there is a job with you. It's quite trying to find a way out. But as famous saying goes "this too will pass". Keep on applying for different job openings. Attempt UPSC, GATE or A
