What should I do to get a better college? I got 57% in board exam and 134600 rank in JEE Mains and 5850 SC rank.

You need to join the counselling that CSAB holds. With this rank and the category reservation you have chances that you get into a NIT/CFTI. Be updated with the counselling dates and be really careful about your counselling session. Good luck.
