Do an international internship and build networks there which would help you to join them just after you graduate. And this is going to get you a good salary than your peers.

There are a lot of hotel management colleges in India. Some are central govt., some are state and some are private. There are 24 central IHMs, or Institute of Hotel Management, all over India, with the top 4 being IHM Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, in order.
National Council for Hotel Management, Catering and Tourism conducts an all India JEE to intake students. You can look up more on the website nchmct.nic.in
If you do consider your career here, remember that you need to have a lot of paitence. And when I say a lot, I mean a lot. This is the major survival quality one needs to sustain himself.
