What should I do to get a decent college in Germany for MS in electrical? My throughout career score is average. Which exam should I give?

Yes, you can try for MS in Germany but you have to qualify in such international exams like GRE, IELTS, GMAT, etc. but you should prefer for GATE to get admission in IITs or NITs, they have nice scope in your career. Hope it would be great.
