Hello Pratyush,
The rule to get admission in a good college is actually very simple. You need to score good marks in class 12th and better marks in JEE. If you score good marks in qualifying exams, you can expect to get admission in reasonably good engineering college in subject of your choice.

As you have opted for a different and unique course compared to other courses. You must perform best in your entrance exam such as in your JEE exam, you must score good percentage and so for this, you need to study really hard.
