What should I do to get a good college for B.Tech CS? I got 93 in CS in 12th board CBSE and was not able to write JEE due to some reason.

You will have to go for some university that intake students on the basis of 12th percentage. There are colleges under Punjab University & Chandigarh university that takes students on this basis in North. So, you can research over this to get a college in your desired region. Good luck
