    Hi,
    It looks like that you new in banking sector. For getting jobs in banks, common recruitment exams are conducted.
    IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalized banks, for the post of PO, Clerk & SO.
    Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exam like Bank of Baroda . SBI conducts its own exam as well.
    So you have to give & qualify it.

    Hi Pritam,
    If you are interested in banking sector, then you should clear IBPS or PO exam. If you want to go in private bank, then you should do MBA in finance and try to take depth knowledge of the market.

    You can appear for IBPS PO and clerical entrance exams. If you qualify these, you will get a good job in the banking sector.

    Apply for bank edge classes. They help out freshers and if you have confidence in yourself, apply directly through portals like monster.com and others.

    For government banks, common written exam are conducted every year, like SBI, PNB etc. and pvt. Banks have own vacancies as per their choice.

    For government banks, you have to take IBPS exams, for private banks, they are conducting separate exams, you have to be well prepared.

    You should go for BBA or B.Com. After completing your Bachelor's degree, you can pursue MBA in banking, finance and insurance.
