What should i do to get a high paying job, Diploma or B.tech ?

I got ITI certificate in electrical branch and confused about my career so guide me what should i do and from where,i am also working at BHEL on contract basis so i want to study online or by correspondence.

Its good that you are working at BHEL. don't leave the job go for a distance diploma programme from a good institution and then for b.tech. you wiill definitely get higher promotions in the same company.
