What should I do to get admission in a good college for CSE?
I didn't get any good college in Delhi for CSE. And the colleges which I preferred have high fee structure.

If you didn't get good engineering college in Delhi. You can try in Rajasthan. Many college are good like Anand ICE, LNMIIT, Jaipur.

Sam, if you didn't get a good college in Delhi, try for some good private universities like Lovely, Mullana, Chitkara, etc outside Delhi. These days many private universities have become a hub of good education as well as good placements.
Some of them even offer scholarships.
