What should I do to get admission in foreign universities for engineering?
I am pursuing class 12th and my IELTS score is 6.5 (L-7.5 ; R- 6 ; W - 5.5 and S- 6.5).

Your academics are very good indeed. I am sure with you can get admission for an undergraduate course abroad. But, I would rather advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for knowing the nuances and overcoming these.
