What should I do to get admission in HLM Group of Institutions for M.Phil (Education) this year?

What is the procedure to take admission in this? I want to do it in regular mode but can't attend the college regularly. Is there any procedure?

    Admission is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination followed by university counselling.
