What should I do to get admission in IITs or NITs? I am in 12th from science stream and I want to do engineering.

In order to get in IITs, you need to qualify in JEE (Mains) & then JEE (Advance). Start preparing now. It's tough but not impossible.

The registration for 2017 JEE exams is over. But, you can still try and learn for 2018 JEE exam. You will get the venue most probably in your own city in any school/ colleges.
