What should I do to get admission in Ph.D in law?

Hi Sandeep, Students aspiring to pursue this course must have a Master's degree in Law/ Master's degree with M.Phil in Humanities or Social Sciences with degree in Law/ degree in law with Ph.D. in any discipline/ Judge of any State High Court or Supreme Court of India with a minimum three years of experience/ Masters in Taxation and Business Law/ passed Company Secretary by ICSI. The candidates who have cleared UGC NET/JRF, M.Phil and SLET need not give the extra exam conducted by the respective universities for admissions. Course Outlook: The course generally comprises both full- time and part- time mode. The duration of the full-time course is a minimum of 2 years in the university and a maximum of 3 years for submitting the research articles and publishing in the well-known journal. In case of part-time course, it is a minimum of 3 years in the university and a maximum of 5 years for submitting their research article for evaluation. Thus depending on their performances, the placements are being done.
