Hi Sandeep, Students aspiring to pursue this course must have a Master's degree in Law/ Master's degree with M.Phil in Humanities or Social Sciences with degree in Law/ degree in law with Ph.D. in any discipline/ Judge of any State High Court or Supreme Court of India with a minimum three years of experience/ Masters in Taxation and Business Law/ passed Company Secretary by ICSI.
