What should I do to get duplicate TC certificate?
I lost my original class 12th TC certificate. I have also gave complaint to police regarding same. Now, my PU college is refusing to issue duplicate certificate.

I can sympathise with you. However it's a fact of life that we can loose original in fire or by theft etc. Hence all issuing authorities are authorized to issue duplicate certs. You approach your college and ask them procedure for this and act accordingly.
