What should I do to get good banking job with good salary package?

U can do MBA or M Com.yes of course u can also go for CA and CS. but I think that if u prefer for MBA it will be a better option. There are certain chances of getting good salary in certain private sector banks. institutes like Lovely Professional university, Delhi University,Birla Institute of Management provide quality education and better placement services. MBA (Finance) is the best option.

Nice question , mehak . i think go for CA or CS. that will give you 7 - 20 lakhs package .
