What should I do to get good job in placement?

I have basic knowledge of asp.net and java please guide me to prepare for placement in companies like TCS, Capgemini, IBM etc.

Services are available through various online job sites like naukri.com, monster.com, bixee.com etc. After that register and upload your resume on these online job sites for job. These sites keep you informed about various shortlisted jobs matching your profile through e-mail. You can also do a manual search of jobs, matching your profile on these sites.     My dear Raw materials are very cheep but once it become Finished Product it became Costly. But Finished Products also 2 type one is on the Showroom and One on the Footpath. Which kind of product u would like to be. Showroom products looks costly but sale out more costly. They must have to gone through some quality testing. So only Finished and Tested product comes in the market and get good values. So what r u looking for?
