What should i do to get in Good IIM?

Hi Sir, I scored 75% in 10th, 63% in 12th, 71% in B.Tech n 2 year work experience, now i am aiming for MBA what should i do to get in Good IIM?Plz give proper guidance Thanks & Regards

    Candidates having valid CAT/GMAT scores will be short listed and called for written analysis and GD/Interview. Overseas candidates should have a valid GMAT score.
