what should I do to get into a good MBA institute without appearing for Entrance Examination?
I an a an on job engineer ,looking for a full time MBA from a good institute but I have not much time to prepare fo CAT,XLRI's n all ,what should i do, guide me.

You should find time for preparation. Other option would be to go for EMBA/Distance education

I would say that doing an MBA from a good full time B-School is a very right decision. as far as preparation is concerned, first option would be that you should try and prepare for Entrance examinations along with your job but if you feel it is not at all possible even if you join some co
