What should I do to get into this college if I can't despite getting 100? How much %ile do I need to get IIM-A/B or C? I've got 60% in B.Sc.

Your academics can play a spoilsport in getting a call from IIM A/B/C whatever percentile you get. Do target colleges which do not give weightage to acads such as FMS and other colleges.

IIM's I would say aren't the end of the world and you can very well reach similar or greater heights in your career despite the IIM tag. You can look at other Indian MBA B - Schools or Foreign B-Schools, that don't give as much weightage to 10th and 12th percentage like ISB. Also, I would say it is
