What should I do to get my character certificate?
Due to cheating I failed in 1 subject of my 2nd semester due to which the Dean has said that I am not eligible for character certificate but I need it for M.Tech.

It would be advisable that you get in touch with your college authorities/teachers/professors to find a viable solution to this problem.
