What should I do to go to USA or Canada for my further education?

I am doing class 10th through ICSE board.

Hi Gurnoor, it is best if you complete 10+2 in India , take the SAT and TOEFL and then pursue your bachelor degree in US or Canada. You must be academically strong and must achieve good grades. Maintain extra-curricular activities too for a better profile. Hope it helps.
