What should I do to improve my career? I have done M.Com and doing MBA in finance. I also have complete knowledge of excel.
I am working as an MIS executive in Micro Finance Company and want career growth now and a good salary package up to 3.5 LPA.

If you are doing MBA, then you should just focus on it. As you have good idea about excel, I am sure any consultancy company should definitely recruit you.
