What should I do to join Income Tax Department?

I have done my intermediate last year and I am pursuing B.Sc in IT.

Hi Shruti! In order to become an income tax officer, you should get into Indian Revenue Service. To get into IRS, you need to clear your civil service examination which is conducted by UPSC. The eligibility criterion for the examination is graduation from a recognised University. The candidate must

Hello MA'am! Thank you for the advice but if I am not eligible then what should I do? As I asked you that I have passed my examination of 12th last year so which preparation should I go for? And please do ask me about it's coaching and all.
