What should I do to make career in interior designing?
I am a final year student student of B.Tech CE.

As you will complete your b.tech study, no need to do double graduation. Rather do any medium term course of interior design which has very best course content and quality.

For abstract studies, PG is sufficient. But, what about portfolio and interview?
How to clear it, because it's necessary for admission?

Not an issue. You can pursue a design course in Interior design. There are many institutes offering this course. Are you looking for a full time / part time course?

I guess PG would be better. I do not recommend studying for another 3-4 years in a UG course when you've already done it once.
