Hi Kopal,
To Get the better future you should complete the M.Tech or MBA for getting the better salary and to settle in the future. You can also start working in MNC's with your B.Tech degree itself.
As you are working in a bank as a PO then why are you planning for a change. As banks jobs in its

I have no interest in bank and i want to do something in which my btech degree get useful
