    Hi Akash,
There are several short term culinary certificates you can choose that will teach you cooking and classic cuisine basics. But, if you are truly passionate about the field you can go for a BA in culinary arts, which will give you kitchen skills as well as some management and hospitality knowledge. Some of these degrees even give you the opportunity to travel abroad and learn native cuisines.
I suggest thinking about what you want to gain from the course/ what job you're aiming for – chef/in-flight chef, food writer, restaurant manager, etc. – and then choose a suitable course.

Its a good choice for doing a short term course in culinary arts but pursue only if you are interested in cooking. By completing the course you will be eligible for working in hotels. All the best.
