What should I do to prepare for an IIM interview? How can I convince them about my situation?

What can I show instead of an original certificate which will take time to get issued? I got an interview call now from IIM indore. I am a 2015 pass out but had one paper left then which I wrote and passed, but have yet not received the certificate.

    Hi Ashok,
Original certificate is not mandatory during the interview process, you can show all the semester marklists and may be some document which proves that you have passed the final exam.
As part of PI prep - have convincing answers for
    1. Why you want to do an MBA
    2. Why an MBA from IIM Indore?
    3. Your strengths and weaknesses. Also a good introduction that covers your academics, interests, co-curricular activities or anything that would highlight your aptitude for a management role.

Nothing to worry about it. At the time of certificate verification you can state your reason and they will definitely give you some extension. If you want you can get the xerox copy of your result from Internet and get it attested by your college principal. That will definitely help you to prove your statement.
    All the best !
