You can pursue B.Sc in IT or BE/B-Tech in IT.

You can prefer B.Sc. And B.Tech in IT from any college.

You can for for BCA, B.Sc (IT), BE. You can apply for your dream college after your class 12th. Choose the course, shortlist some colleges, prepare for them and get into the field.
