If you are a delhiite then you can fetch a seat in one of the colleges under IPU. CSE/IT is still difficult to get as these branches attracts the most crowd and have lowest closing ranks. And then if you are non-Delhi resident then there are no chances for that. Good luck!

You will have to apply for se other colleges based on other entrance exams you have sat for or colleges that intake students on the basis of 12th percentage.
