What should I do to pursue Diploma in mechanical engineering?
I'm from Roorkee, Haridwar & am a govt. employee from Aug 2011. I only need AICTE approved Diploma in mechanical engineering for future promotion in my govt. dept. like part time/ second/evening/night shift regular mode.

I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different colleges offering Diploma in engineering. Please go through it. Unfortunately whether they offer part time courses or not is not readily available.
